Delivery terms according to INCOTERMS:
CFR Cost & Freight Seller must pay cost and freight to port of destination. Risk and additional costs (once on board) are the responsibility of the buyer
CIF Cost, Insurance & Freight Seller must pay costs, freight and insurance to seaport of destination
CIP Carriage & Insurance Paid to Seller must pay costs, freight and insurance (including insurance on carriage) to seaport of destination
CPT Carriage Paid to Seller must pay carriage to destination for all modes of transport. Additional costs once deliver to carrier are responsibility of buyer
DAF Delivered at Frontier Seller is responsible for clearing goods for export and delivery to frontier (prior to crossing the named national border)
DDP Delivered Duty Paid Seller is responsible for all risks and costs (including transport duty, taxes and licenses) to ultimate point of destination
DDU Delivered Duty Unpaid Seller is responsible for risks and costs (excluding import duties, taxes and other official import charges) to point of destination
DEQ Delivered Ex Quay (duty paid) Seller is responsible for all risks and costs (including transport duty, taxes, licenses and import clearance) to seaport of destination
DES Delivered Ex Ship Seller is responsible for all risks and costs to seaport of destination, prior to goods leaving the ship and prior to import clearance
EXW Ex Works Buyer is responsible for all risks and costs (including transport duty, taxes and licenses) from seller's premises to point of destination
FAS Free Alongside Ship Seller is responsible for delivery of goods to quay. Buyer is responsible for all risks and costs (including export and import clearance) from this point on
FCA Free Carrier Seller is responsible for export clearance and delivery of goods to a named carrier or freight forwarder
